DHR and Courthouse Officials and Employees raising awareness to all our citizens of elder and disabled abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Saturday , June 15th, is Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
The Courthouse will be closed on Monday, June 3rd for the Jefferson Davis holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, June 4th at 8 am. Shown are our beautiful Cahaba Lilies which are currently in bloom.
SPECIAL ELECTION: On Tuesday, March 12th, Coosa County will hold a Special Election. This Special Election is to renew the school taxes now being collected with no increase in millage. Let's all come out and support our schools by voting "yes".

The Coosa County Courthouse is closed on Tuesday, January 29th due to possible inclement weather. The Courthouse will reopen on Wednesday, January 30th at 8 am.
