Addiction is a crazy thing. I have a family member that is very smart, who is a heavy smoker. He use to run 5k’s all over the state and would place high in their age group. First thing he would do after a race is go off by himself and smoke a cig. He has so many second and third place trophies. We would tease him, that he would have a lot more first place trophies if he quit smoking. It’s weird🤷🏼‍♂️
