【COPX Official Announcement | Notice on the Adjustment of Fragment Distribution Mechanism】

Dear COPX User:

To align with the overall economic model optimization of the platform and subsequent ecological planning, COPX will make phased adjustments to the incentive mechanism related to fragments.
Starting from December 14, 2025 (UTC+8), the platform will suspend the issuance of new fragments.

The specific details are as follows:
• No new fragment rewards will be generated from now on;
• The fragments already obtained will not be affected and can still be normally held, transferred and used;
• This adjustment does not involve the COPX token itself or the security of users' existing assets.

This temporary suspension of fragment distribution is aimed at reserving space for more complete and sustainable application scenarios and value systems of fragments in the future. Once the relevant optimization plan is completed, the platform will issue a separate announcement to explain.

Dear COPX users:

To thank the community for its support and enable more users to receive higher rebate incentives before the end of the year, COPX will temporarily lower the promotion conditions for levels V0 to V3.

This adjustment is a temporary optimization policy, as detailed below

1. Time-limited reduction → Immediate effect

Starting from today (the system has been updated), the promotion and relegation thresholds for V1, V2, and V3 have been comprehensively reduced.

Dear COPX community users:

Recently, we've observed multiple cases of individuals off-exchange speculating on fragmented assets 🧩at inflated prices.
Some users have a misunderstanding of the price, and even the unsecured transaction, the risk of the asset is difficult to define.

To protect user rights and ensure the long-term healthy operation of the fragmentation system, we hereby issue the following notice:

I. Explanation of the official stance

The launch of the Fragment System rewards users who actively participate in mining transactions, providing long-term incentives for the ecosystem.

All forms of off-market speculation, off-market price commitments, and unregulated private acquisitions are not associated with COPX.

The authorities shall neither intervene nor assume liability for any asset losses resulting from personal off-exchange transactions.

2. Official Launch: Recruitment for COPX Official Guarantor

To provide users with a secure, transparent, and traceable over-the-counter (OTC) trading environment, we will establish:

✔ Officially certified guarantor system

The first batch of partner applications is now open.

Official guarantors will receive:
• Officially verified identity (displayed in X/TG/App)
• Official risk management guidelines
• Limited guarantee authority
• Official guarantee process support
• Priority intervention channel for risk events
The guarantor shall:
• Protect the security of users' off-exchange trading processes
• Avoid fake prices and fraudulent orders

3. Why to set up guarantor?

Recently, the fragmented market has seen significant off-market acquisitions, resulting in noticeable price fluctuations.

To avoid:

• ❗The market price system is being maliciously manipulated
