When I ran for Governor, I promised to build a government that delivers for the people it serves.
That’s why we’re making it easier for New Jerseyans to get a REAL ID – expanding appointments, modernizing the process, and eliminating unnecessary return visits.
The results speak for themselves: in May, MVC issued more than 100,000 Real IDs – the highest monthly total in its history.
And by allowing proof of residence to be submitted electronically, nearly 7,000 New Jerseyans each month are avoiding the need for a second appointment.
