@SmallerFishGAA I'd be sour enough about that, physio seemed to barely remonstrate with him over pushing across a player he was treating. Byrnes 100% in the wrong. We always seem to try and make excuses for players acting the bollox

Happen to be in Limerick for the weekend and unintentionally ran into cannonball run. Great cause and event but the speeding in dock road & howleys quay was dangerous, unnecessary and frankly lets the event down badly.

@7ktwn9cdkk @downgerd @OHanlonEilis I wondered that - in fairness to Camogie association, their reports and Congress notes etc for years readily available online. Nothing from LGFA!!! Claims of 10+ million revenue a year bandied about but 2.5 of that is Lidl and the GAA itself!!

@ProfPatOConnor @GAA Bit disingenuous to paraphrase his actual comments. Not acknowledging at all the million+ a year that GAA gives to camogie and LGFA, or the use of pitches and facilities that GAA clubs gladly give to their female counterparts??

@Breegemw That's the case at all times, all grades, all levels. Match takes precedence. We've moved adultens training to suit juvenile matches and fellas got on with it. The GAA club most likely own the venue also which you haven't acknowledged

I see a lot of "experts" somehow getting the notion that the GAA/LGFA/camogie fallout is basically as simple as men vs women. Senators thinking that if women pulled up the brakse the GAA would cease to function? Likewise, without men LGFA & camogie cease too. They're losing focus

Admittedly it's been a while, but what's the craic with some roses not doing a party piece/talent?? Thought that was the piece de resistance of the whole event?? Rose of Tralee seems cheapened somehow
