@VirginMediaIE for someone who is an advocate for the wow factor in customer support, I’m truly horrified by your support. Spoke with 5-6 reps, numerous promised call back and nothing but another rep to start from scratch with. What a month with virgin media. Horrific service!!

@VirginMediaIE So, all I’ve asked is they speak to the sales guy from my call last Friday as he sounded genuine. But no, same script. All they need to do is read the notes on my account, like I’ve asked x10. To think that this must be the standard for Virgin media support is appalling

@VirginMediaIE So after that I was told to contact sales to add the tablet and I will get it after my first bill. And last week sales told me I’m not entitled to one and the same for the other support. I’ve asked they check with the promo team as this is an obvious mistake by Virgin.

@VirginMediaIE Got a bundle online when a promo was in for a free tablet on the 16th of June. Contacted on 24th to ask what the story was with the tablet and they said that I wasn’t entitled to one that the promo only started on the 24th which is madness as this is what made me purchase on 16th
