@TS_Secrets It's been done before, takes a lot of disciple to make it work. Why not invest the $150k in a fund like ULTY, for example, and use the $90k/yr in dividends to pay down the mortgage and pay HELOC monthly payment? When mortgage is paid off, liquidate ULTY and payoff HELOC?

@UziCryptoo People switch jobs and roll-over 401k's to IRAs. Should also include stats related to Rollover IRA's to get a better picture, IMO
