@easyJet @EasyJet437131 Now 10th of September and still waiting for my delayed hold luggage which wasn’t put on my flight EZY35 on 21 August with @easyJet. Any updates on when or if it will be returned to me?

@easyJet lost my case from Belfast to Stansted. Arrived in London but my suitcase is in Belfast!!!

I have a funeral to attend tomorrow and don’t have my suit, clothes and shoes or medication.

Flying to Dubai tomorrow after the funeral, will @easyJet_press have my case to me?

@easyJetholidays @easyJet failed to put my paid hold luggage on flight to Stansted on 21 August and it is now 4 September and they still haven’t contacted me to arrange delivery of the bag which is apparently found. For some reason they are transporting the bag to Dubai but I’m in Malaysia, why!?

@easyJet It’s Monday 28 August and apparently my bag has been located and it’s being sent to … not Malaysia but Dubai!? I’m in Malaysia right now, when will I get my case?

@easyJet it’s 25 Aug and @easyJet haven’t been able locate my suitcase in Belfast, though Sharon from Stansted called Belfast and they confirmed case wasn’t put on plane & Richard from Belfast said he would put on the 5:55pm flight to Stansted 21 Aug - email confirms this, where is it?

@easyJetholidays @easyJet This is a total shambles and shows that the teams in each airport don’t take ownership and no one follows up or cares what happened if it wasn’t their team handling or being responsible.

@easyJetholidays @easyJet So all in all I have an email saying it would be sent on 21 August 5:55pm but this didn’t happen or the Stansted team not alerted to the bag arriving.

Either way the bag was originally identified and found in Belfast around 8am after the call with Sharon on 21 Aug.

@easyJetholidays @easyJet I spoke to Sharon on 07968 693470 and she spoke to Belfast and called me back around 8am 21 August. I later called the same number and explained everything to Ben around 10pm on 21 August and he confirmed after sweep that no bag was sent from Belfast to them.
