@CorpasWriter@RopeADopeRadio I was told that in the 1940s and the 1950s there were more professional fighters in just New York City than there are in the year 2026 in the entire United States.
@IceJohnScully@RopeADopeRadio it seemed that way to me too. You get that impression by how empty the gyms are and how much harder it is to find sparring. But Remember though, some of the fighters they have listed 2020 are fighting once every 16 months.
