@StateDept Is Venezuela still in OPEC? Venezuela invaded Feb, Iran in May OPEC "close the straight", and Saudi left OPEC for weapons, Canada sanctions. So the US controls 70% of oil supply. Is not going down Guys
@JohnNicast74119@funhumbleguy All good points. I think If Hulu was showed to be a good driver been 70% of the company. Streaming on demand is profitable yes, but I'm not loving the separation from Hulu on demand. I worry sports streaming is a non-profit subs driver for on-demand.
@derminvests Disney has announced in Oceania a significant ESPN sub price drop, Hulu has only just available in NZ via the Disney+ app. Hulu Live TV can be the only next play here
@derminvests Yeah, we all could have sold Rocket Lab before tariffs etc. We always have to "pretend" the stock market is rigged. And go off valuations and trends right
@davidgandler Some of these comments are clearly from 50% of emotional sellers who sold down to $1. Invest in the S & P 500 if investing in non profitable companies is too stressful
@derminvests Yeah, the only logical step is fubo provides guidance during the reverse split as they have all other metrics. And probably Hulu live added to Disney plus ahead of the World Cup.
@fubo RS Sense
Fubo was a diluted stock at $2 dollars. @davidgandler can carry the same dilution math across 70% of the Merger!
I'd be worried if it was 12mth after the guidance and integration. Sell your shares at $1 and by then back at $3 after guidance. That logic works toπ
@PaperBozz@AHorihuela@NoPainInvesting@mamanas1395@davidgandler Yes,gone are the days of slow execution in technology companies when every other CEO has shown that execution and time is money. We should have realised with late post earnings announcements eg. Skinny bundle.Feels like late homework handed in with poor grammar! It's not the 90s
@derminvests I can only think that Hulu live numbers a churn must be worse than Fubos. They can only guide with those numbers being public and they need beef on the stock price to absorb the churn numbers
@funhumbleguy Hummm. Disney acquires whole companies, fubo is saying we need a more stable share base citing splitting to achieve this. Physiologically - every "nervous" investor was pumping a merger and/or early 2026 guidance to sell the news.
Now everyones selling to institutions at $1.3π€
@StockResearchWk What if Hulu is the reason for the stock split because their Subs may leave because there is no benifit of them staying with Hulu Live without Hulu on demand. And Now there at 900,000 Class B shares?Fubo got better, but Hulu Live got worse. They will just subscribe back to Disney
@davidgandler So you are say Fubo retail investers are acting like a needy boyfriend? They are insecure, jump to conclusions, ignoring the facts, saying I love you on the first date then over committ on expectations π.... So Fubo needs secure investers who don't get jealous without guidance.
@StockResearchWk@davidgandler The logic here is what has changed since the vote and since the merger? Nothing has changed with the time line or communication.
Executives selling shares, streaming margins, revenue, NBC content are the leading sell downs along with a transition to a non-growth company.
@g1179494 The stock gets reclassified as 30% 70% merger with Disney and no longer a growth stock. Prior to the merger when valued a statement said 2.8-3.5$. cap of 1.2 b. Now an algorithm will just say, not a growth stock -2.3 percent subs loss with no new valuation. And slowly sells off.
@g1179494 Nothing has really changed from Jan 6 2025 - everything has ticked forward like clock work apart from the share price. Who has sold? People who wanted 10$ sold at 4. People who wanted 10$ at 4$ sold at 3$. NBC is still on Hulu - same company.
