@HelpAtGeorge my emails are being ignored so- I had 2 frames delivered, both smashed. Then replacements were both smashed. My refund “couldn’t process”, I provided transfer details and now nothing. How can I resolve this and raise a complaint?

@AirbnbHelp A guest has posted a clearly retaliatory review after I requested reimbursement for items they admitted to losing. Support have refused to remove it despite evidence and have provided such helpful responses as this. Any suggestions?

Disappointing customer service from @monzo this week. An app glitch overpaid my loan and they say the payment can’t be reversed and I can’t have my money back. Now it’s 24 hours after I replied and no response. Sad to say I’m going to be going back to high street banks.

Hi @monzo . Is it normal to not receive a chat response for 3 hours? And then to have a direct message after a call and to still be waiting for acknowledgment 1.5 hours later? I know that urgent cases take precedence, but it’s my money and the bank’s error, so it’s urgent to me.

@MrBishopGeog @geoteachrach @SeanDunnGeog @kate_stockings I had 85 year 11s and 57 year 10s last year. And spent a month off after having my gallbladder removed! Only marked mocks, lots of model answers, answering as a class, peer/self marking with mark schemes. Had very little impact on outcomes, if anything a slight increase 9-7!

It will be written off in 20 years and I will pay ~£170 a month pre tax until then. It’s money I have factored in to my budget. Why would l overpay my student loan when I could use my money to overpay my mortgage?
