@Rogers 2.5 hours on hold last week waiting for technical support. This week, I tried on Monday but had to hang up after 45 minutes for a meeting. Tried again today, and my current hold time is almost 1.5 hours. ALL without speaking to anyone. This is 5 hours totally wasted! WTF
