@AldiUK just wanted to give a shout out to the Wetherby store. The store managers and all the staff are always super helpful and bend over backwards to help you. Excellent customer service all the time 5⭐️

@Hermesparcels absolute joke of a company. Every parcel being thrown over the gate with no attempt to ring the gate buzzer and no consideration for what could get broken or damaged in the parcel. Got it all on CCTV. Why people still use you is beyond me!

As much as I love @AldiUK the customer service team are absolutely useless. 4 times I’ve contacted them about the same issue and non of them have done what they said they would do. Unbelievably frustrating!! 🤬🤬🤬

I’ve had to contact @marksandspencer twice recently and both times received excellent customer service. As so much is online at the moment due to the pandemic it makes a huge difference knowing you’ll get great service from them 👏👏

Week 1 of @JanePlanUK done and 5lbs lost. The food is delicious and I have not felt deprived at all. Not quite sure how I’ve lost 5lbs when I’ve been eating yummy food 🤔. Love it, roll on week 2!!
