Finally booked my tickets through a dalal by paying him 500 rupees extra. Jo govt babu culture ko khatam karni ki baat karti hai, uski train ki ticket koi babu he karwa sakta hai 😂😂. I really feel this can qualify as a lawsuit against govt of India but again the judiciary sucks equally 😂

@IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw i booked train tickets using @makemytrip. It asked me 2 put my irctc id and then money ws debited from my account. Nw when i am trying to log in to irctc it says that account is deactivated. What kind of headache of a portal this is that id is fine while booking but it won’t log in to confirm the booking while asking for money. Now i am stuck and ur helpline is also useless. My irctc username is Viplovem which is says is deactivated.

Hey everyone ! I would like to present to you the brilliance of @GoI_MeitY in their core field of IT infrastructure. While @makemytrip debited money from account by accepting my irctc user id as valid, the @IRCTCofficial website told me my id was deactivated. So when i chose the optn of reactivating my account, it said that it won’t accept captcha because my account is not active. But isn’t that exactly why thay optn is given in the website, to reactivate the account?! What brilliant display of IT power of India. We are definitely in competition with US and China. @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia kindly check attached screen recording for your viewing pleasure.
