So a friend of mine who happens to be a prof @ Purdue univ lives in the Ellsworth apts in Lafayette IN where its currently NEGATIVE temps & has NO heat w/no ETA, all they gave her 2 baby space heaters. Oh & they can't be plugged in except for the bathroom & kitchen 1/2 @RebarDev
