What sort of a crazy customer service is this?
When it comes to customer care, @gtbank_help probably has the worst of all Nigerian banks.
I lodged a dispense error using my app since 11 days ago, I got nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. Emails never get replied. Social media is almost moribund. I just called all their /1

I am so not satisfied with your customer relations at all. It smacks of a totally uncaring attitude. I sent my complaint and my account details among other information, yet all I have got are auto-generated messages. I have filled complaints form on your website /1
