Thank you, Dr.
Also reduce excessive energy drink and painkiller use, stay hydrated - DRINK ENOUGH WATER, cut down excess salt and alcohol, and go for regular medical checkups. The kidneys often fail silently.
May God help us🙏

The human heart is not filled by accumulating experiences, possibilities, or temporary guarantees; it is filled when it discovers a call, when it understands that life reaches fullness only if it is given. Following Christ does not impoverish existence, but expands it. #ApostolicJourney
I invite you to be new threads to weave new networks that harmonize every aspect of life for a renewed society in which time is imbued with eternity, culture preserves memory and fosters dialogue, education promotes the search for truth with a critical spirit, art awakens wonder and gives rise to noble emotions, business recognizes the dignity of each person, and work continues to be a driving force for hope. #ApostolicJourney https://t.co/2IeHrzWmSb
In this new working week, the Lord will guard you from evil. He will guard your soul. The Lord will guard your going and coming, both now and for ever. Amen.
Don't be overly sensitive and take things too personally. At times, people behave the way they do because of the burdens they’re carrying. Be kind. Try and put yourself in their shoes and empathize. If you can’t, be nice and don’t hurt them. You’ll have a more peaceful life.
Charity admits no delay. Our responsibility before those in need makes every encounter with others a unique and unrepeatable moment of grace for love, not to be missed or postponed. The love of Christ impels us toward our brothers and sisters, and the charity and care with which we respond are the test of our faith. #ApostolicJourney #Spain
People have become more self-centered. They don’t try to understand the feelings, needs & problems of others. They’re keen on satisfying their own needs, even by hurting others. Don’t let up. Continue spreading values of honesty, sincerity, integrity & compassion.
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
- St. Paul the Apostle (2 Timothy 4:7)
These are among the final recorded words of Saint Paul the Apostle, written while he was imprisoned in Rome and approaching martyrdom.
St. Paul wrote these words near the end of his life. He was not saying he had been perfect. He had faced struggles, suffering, persecution, and many failures along the way. What mattered was that he never stopped following Christ.
The Christian life is not a sprint. It is a race that lasts a lifetime. There will be seasons when faith feels easy and seasons when it feels hard. There will be times when you feel close to God and times when you feel tired, discouraged, or tempted to give up. The goal is not to never fall. The goal is to keep getting back up, trusting God, and remaining faithful.
That is what made St. Paul’s words so powerful. He did not measure his life by comfort, popularity, or success. He measured it by faithfulness to Christ. In the end, that is what will matter for each of us too.
💬 If your life ended today, would you be more confident saying, “I have kept the faith,” or would you feel like you've been putting God off for another day?
Someone you know may need this reminder to keep going and not give up on their walk with God.
Why are some people trying to bully President Jonathan into running or not running? The man has a Constitutional right to run or not run. He is no fool. Nobody climbs the greasy pole of Nigerian politics to become a Deputy Governor, Governor, Vice President, Acting President, and President, being a political novice. Why not let him decide one way or the other, since it is his right to do so?
ST. CHARLES LWANGA stands among the greatest heroes of the Christian faith in Africa. A young leader in the royal court of King Mwanga II of Buganda, he lived at a time when following Christ demanded extraordinary courage. His story is not merely one of martyrdom but of conviction, purity, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to God.
As chief of the royal pages, Charles was entrusted with the care and formation of younger boys in the king's service. Having embraced Christianity, he became a mentor to many of them, teaching them the faith and encouraging them to live according to Christian values. When King Mwanga sought sexual relations with some of the pages, Charles courageously protected the young men under his care and urged them to remain faithful to Christian teaching on chastity. His refusal to cooperate with the king's demands placed him directly in danger.
Rather than compromise his faith or abandon those he was responsible for, Charles chose to stand firm. Even as persecution against Christians intensified, he continued strengthening fellow believers and preparing them spiritually for whatever lay ahead. He understood the risks, yet he would not betray Christ or his conscience.
On June 3, 1886, Charles Lwanga and his companions were burned alive at Namugongo. Facing a brutal death, they displayed remarkable peace, courage, and faith. What was intended to destroy Christianity instead became one of the most powerful testimonies to the Gospel in African history.
Today, St. Charles Lwanga is revered as the patron saint of African youth. His life reminds us that holiness often requires courage, that true leadership means protecting the vulnerable, and that fidelity to Christ is worth every sacrifice. More than a century after his death, his witness continues to inspire Christians around the world to stand for truth, purity, and faithfulness regardless of the cost ✝️❤️🙏🏿🙏🏾
Enough is enough. The killings, abductions of innocent Nigerians, and the unleashing of terror on our people cannot continue. These senseless killings and heinous crimes must stop.
Terror does not ask for your tribe, faith, region, or political affiliation before it strikes. Our response must be stronger than our divisions.
Today on Politics Today, I called on all Nigerians to put aside political, ethnic, and religious differences and stand united against the common enemy threatening our collective future.
Criticise what must be criticised. Demand accountability where it is due. But above all, let us stand together.
