This is so annoying in the gaming industry. What happened to full content on release for just the base package? Locking in game locations behind a $100 is so wild, and ABSURD for a Rockstar entry.

On top of the other bonuses, these 5 spots are literally "only open for business" if you pay up:

- Electric Fang Tattoo Shop

Paying for cosmetics is standard, but locking physical, interactive locations in the open world behind a paywall? That breaks the vibe.

You will inevitably drive past doors that are only "closed" because you didn't swipe your credit card, and realize the "open" world isn't fully open to you.

New Name, Same Old Mistakes

I'm sure a lot of these decisions were made by a Halo Studios higher up, or even someone above them at Xbox. But, I, much like yourself, am allowed to enjoy a product while still being able to criticize and acknowledge its shortcomings when compared to past iterations.

I excused the $50 price tag at first, but after the recent Q&A, it truly is an insane asking price for what the consumer is fully getting in the end.

ALSO, THE DEFENSE OF "it's a Campaign, why would I need/want Firefight?" IS INSANELY WEAK.
