Trying this again because it was late and I was deep in a rabbit hole.
I'm curious to see if Twitter could help me find the young woman in these photos taken in Bosnia between July '96 and January '97. #bosnia#MyDadClaude
Since my dad's passing a little under two months ago, my sister and I have been trying to learn more about his time in the military and the things that touched him. He spoke so highly of this family after his time in Bosnia/Croatia.
The patriarch's name was Ibrahim. I recall my dad saying his young daughter was translating conversations between my father and his family. I remember her having a Canadian connection, something along the lines of French studies in the Ottawa region.
Anyway, I feel a little silly sharing this but I figure I could try to use the good of this insane network we're all on to see if I can find new facets of the man that made me a big part of who I am today. Thanks, all!

🐛 #resolutiondeprobleme#collaboration@EECGEC
