The man in the middle is Stephen Spearlet. This is at Exmouth train station. He accused my family of not paying for our train fare AFTER I asked to issue our tickets. He smirked and smiled and said he should be issuing my 6 year old with a fine too. #GWR #gwrtrains

Looks like court action will be taken against GWR employee Stephen Spearlet. After nothing has been done by @GWRHelp themselves. They seem to enjoy hiring unprofessional, cruel and rude people like Mr Spearlet.

… at the platform he was filming us on his private phone so I took out my camera and took this photo. I will go to town on GWR if they don’t reimburse our fines and get Stephen Spearlet to write an official apology, he clearly had targets to reach #GWR #grwtrains

… but conveniently didn’t film at the beginning of the conversation when he was being incredibly rude. Two of Stephen Spearlet’s colleagues were apologetic to us knowing he was in the wrong and could see he had upset myself and my child… #GWR #gwrtrains

… Stephen Spearlet was extremely rude to myself and my partner making false accusations. All we wanted to do was pay for our train ticket from the stop we’d just got on, he issued a £52 fine for both of us and said he should’ve fined our 6 year old too, how vile! #GWR #gwrtrain
