10 Week Program after the completion of a Basketball/Wrestling season. Spring Break was Week 0 & played arguably the greatest role…Recovery.
Summer is coming. It is the only time everyone can be an off-season athlete. Don’t waste it!
End of Football to start of Lacrosse. Yes, he did FB/Lax specific things this Winter but his training was always priority. No extra training, rarely missed a lift or a Friday Speed.
Take advantage of the Spring!
He has set multiple records now at Cougar Strength but continues to get better because:
1. He rarely misses
2. Never has to be reminded to work hard
3. Takes coaching/Believes in program
4. Knows that “Movement” is priority
