This is the clearest video I have seen proving medics were on scene at UVU but were waived off so that Charlie could be tossed into the Black SUV and his security detail could do god knows what to him.

It is so incredibly frustrating to have so many people justifying this. They did not want him to live, and they probably wanted to plant or destroy evidence (or both).

One year ago, on September 6th, Charlie was asked to come on stage in Seoul, South Korea, where thousands of Korean Christians prayed over him and thanked the Lord for his life and his work.

Then, together, they sang “How Great Is Our God.”

I’ll never forget watching Charlie take it all in. For someone who spent so much of his life speaking to massive crowds, this moment was different. He wasn’t there to give a speech or make a political argument. He was simply standing among thousands of fellow believers, worshiping the Lord.

Afterward, on our way to the airport, Charlie looked at me and said, “Wow, that was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life.”

I think about those words a lot now.

Halfway around the world, surrounded by thousands of people worshiping in a different language, Charlie still knew the song. Different country, different language, different culture, but the same words, the same faith, and the same God.

Used this long weekend to finally explore a chunk of Arizona I hadn't been to, the area south of Tucson down to Bisbee. Charlie loved Arizona but for my first couple years living here I was badly derelict about seeing the various corners of the state. This year I've been trying to fix that.
