High Country Legend is new sale top for the Laycock Family, High Country Droughtmasters, Eskdale, which was purchased for $50,000. Ave $8,472 and sold 36/45. Females received 100% clearance, averaging $4,269.

The inaugural Dawson Valley Santa Sale was held on 6 Sept at the Taroom Showgrounds. With 100% clearance, stud vendors Jamally, Annabranch, Red Mile & Valleyview sold a total of 46 bulls to ave $17,456. The sale topped at $50,000, Jamally Sebastian was purchased Eidsvold Station.

Cooinda Santa Gertrudis principals Chris & Elisa Fox, Proston, hosted their 11th annual bull sale on Saturday. Buyers Liz Allen, Forest Park Santa Gertrudis, Alice Downs, Blackall, & Alice Downs mgr Andrew Peterson locking in the top price of $25,000 for Cooinda Real McCoy.
All eyes were on High Country Droughtmasters bull sale with 75 lots being offered and sold on Saturday.
Johnnie Walker topped the sale at $22,500, while the females topped twice at $7000.
46 bulls averaged $11,097.
29 heifers averaged $4275.

Coulton's Country is at Brahman Week..Yesterday saw the 1st day of Brahman Week average $13,354, clear 97% and gross $3,565,500. It topped at a new record of $210,000 - Clukan Boabab was bought by
Owen Scott, Ruan Grazing, Clermont, & Gavin Scott Rosetta Grazing, Collinsville.
Gyranda Santa Gertrudis Stud held their annual bull sale on Saturday which topped @ $22,500; ave $10,282.

Congratulations to the Fox Family, Cooinda Santa Gertrudis, Proston, who averaged $9873 (& 100% clearance) at their 10th Anniversary bull sale yesterday. The top price bull, Cooinda Quizzinator (pictured), was purchased for $21,000 by Alex Sorensen, Landsborough Santas, Winton.
On Saturday High Country Droughtmasters held their 7th annual on-property bull sale. Thirty-six bulls were offered, averaging $10,125 - topping at $21,000. Twenty registered females were offered & topped at $13,000 - females averaged $6025.
