@Bostsation @wenn_idk At the end of the day, Austin physically assaulted/harassed another student, something that is against school rules and he had no right to do. No one else in the tent had a problem with Karmelo being there except for the metcalf twins, and Austin could've easily called an adult.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk Anthony is sitting down and then is confronted by two men who are both over 6 foot and over 200 pounds. Mind you Karmelo is like 5'8 130. In hindset, all Austin had the chance to do was shove, but who knows what he would've done had he not been stabbed?

"he did not belong" Anthony was under the tent because it was raining and his own team didnt have a tent, and a coach who testified already said students co-mingling under tents was quite common. He was invited in by someone

@Bostsation @wenn_idk It is true that Ramiez threw the first punch, but that is AFTER Caysen had made repeated threats towards him already and made it clear that he intended to send Ramiez to the hospital. In light of all that, him punching first can be considered reasonable.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk You're just lying. Ramiez was in the bathroom first and then Caysen followed him into it looking to start something, knowing he had a knife on him. This is offically recorded as the facts of the case. Over text, Ramiez had made it clear he didnt want to fight at school.

@Dagoth___Ur @dyingscribe I believe he was drunk when it occured. Also, the wife had stolen 140k from him and gave it to a man she was cheating on him with. When he told her that he would be at risk of homelessness as a result, she said it was his own fault and bragged about stealing from him.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk Whereas Caysen was the agressor, Karmelo was not. Karmelo was sitting down talking with someone he knew, and then the Metcalf twins confronted him and made a problem out of something that literally no one else in the tent gaf about. They then physically aggressed him

@Bostsation @wenn_idk The fact you are even defending Caysen here while trying to villanize Karmelo speaks volumes. The guy wasnt trying to fight Caysen, Caysen was trying to fight HIM! Caysen followed him into the bathroom, the hispanic kid didnt want to fight at school because he wanted to graduate.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk It's obvious the underlying explanation for this is racism. You didnt see people advocating for Caysen to be hung or sent to the electric chair like you currently see for Karmelo. And the reason for this is because Karmelo is black and Caysen was white, simple.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk Threatening to "put someone on life support" and then bringing a knife to school so you can stab them 5 times until they die should be a MUCH more open and shut case than Karmelo's was. Yet he got off with a much lesser charge when any reasonable person can see he deserved more.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk The defense worked in getting him a lesser charge. Caysen deserved murder and got off with negligent homicde. While karmelo deserved manslaughter/criminally negligent homicide, yet he got hit with Murder. The judge didnt even put criminally negligent homicde on the table for him.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk He brought a knife to school with the sole intention of using it. He then sought out an encounter knowing he was gonna use it. "You cant prove he intended to kill Ramirez" you mean apart from his text messages where he said he was gonna do that? Yall defend this but not karmelo?

@thefantasybuff @wenn_idk Funnily enough, the same people screaming on here that "Karmelo needs to be hung!" or "Send him to the electric chair!" were dead silent when a white person did the same thing. It's almost like most of the anti-Karmelo camp is motivated by nothing but racism 🤔🤔

@Bostsation @wenn_idk Dude Karmelo only stabbed Austin once before running away. On the otherhand, Caysen murdered the kid by stabbing him FIVE times, which along with his prior text messages, clearly shows an intent to kill. Again, despite this, he was only charged with criminally negligent homicide.

@iFightForKids There is no logically consistent way you can believe that Chudthebuilder is innocent for what he did, but that Karmelo Anthony is guilty. They both responded to physical aggression with lethal force.

@Bostsation @wenn_idk That doesnt matter since Caysen is the one who initiated the conflict, provoked it, and had prior text messages confirming his intent to use lethal force on the hispanic kid. Despite this, he was only charged with Negligent Homicide while Karmelo somehow got charged with Murder.

@typhus_traveler @wenn_idk The whole "locked in the bathroom" thing was never proven. Not that it matters considering Caysen followed the kid into the bathroom with lethal intent to begin with. Secondly, both Karmelo and Caysen were physically assaulted, who knows what Austin would've done next.

@tiostill Kenneth already provided explanations. The blood in her pics is from when she essentially coerced him into having period sex. Also he didnt have cameras in the bathroom, it was their shared 900 dollar litterbox with a camera on it,which they had both agreed to put in the bathroom
