In 1950 Israeli agents bombed Jews in Baghdad to scare them out of Iraq and into Israel.

It was called Operation Ezra and Nehemiah.

About 120,000 Iraqi Jews were airlifted after Jewish targets bombed. Targets included synagogues and cafes.

Iraqi courts hanged Zionist underground members for the attacks.

Israeli historian Avi Shlaim admitted Israeli agents planted them, with explosives linked to Israeli operative Max Binnet.
