Well it sure has a winter feel outside this morning. #cold #BeanieSeason

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

Well I had tweaked my shoulder pretty good the other day. Thought it had recovers. Not even close.

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

A whopping 4 hours of sleep. I'll be interested to see if I crash and burn today. But looking forward to legs and shoulders at the gym

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

Man been a couple crazy days but still had some great workouts. Despite relaxing with some rum tonight😔😏

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

Wakie wakie I need eggs and bacon then off to the gun show then gym.

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

Workout done. Now for a couple hours of shut eye.

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

When you average 2 gallons of water a day. It's like being a toddler. I'll be mid sentence and just bolt to go take a leak.....

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

Only have a six hour stretch tonight at work. Then headed to the gym for a midnight session of shoulders and legs. Glad to be off nightshirt

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@Cheeky_Fittie 🤔 now that you mention it yes I'd say we would def be the trouble makers in the group. But it would be fun😜

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@Cheeky_Fittie I won't even go into details of what that nightmare could consist of😖

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@Cheeky_Fittie I've said the same thing. Nothing but my cowboy boots a button up and a ball cap 😵😏

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@Cheeky_Fittie I'm a living example. I'd never wear them if I wouldn't end up in jail...... No pants in jail is never going to end well😂😂😂

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@Cheeky_Fittie ha ha soooo true.

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@sabsandthecity so put it down. Walk away and hit the gym then head out for a night on the town.

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]

@Brookren11 @S_Jordan_Butler congrats. I've been at it 11 years and it's one of the best decisions I've made.

[InTheGym @CountryFit84]
