@MarioNawfal The fed real reserve closes at 7pm each night banks need to settle with the fed. The banks do get to do whatever they want there are regulations and laws.
@m3_melody Rochester with the lowest days on market. What gives? Is it all tied to low inventory and the lock in effect? The office buildings down town are half empty…. No joke! (As I know you know from your deep dive I’m this city)
@realEstateTrent My father went to a hospital on Long Island and it was similar. Felt more like a triage hospital in a war zone than my local hospital.
@nickgerli1 It will be interesting. The deaths will be spread over a period of time and there’s plenty of people who are still looking to buy homes. Also not all homes/neighborhoods are created equal. Homes in less desirable areas will go vacant first. Location, location, location.
@m3_melody@m3_melody Wow, NJ making the list to represent the North East. First time I’ve seen that. Would love to hear your thoughts on Buffalo/Rochester Area. Prices have exploded but there’s been no new job creation as far as I can tell. Just inventory shortage. Thoughts?
