I have written to the Justice Secretary urging the Government to immediately reverse the decision to move Axel Rudakubana from prison to a psychiatric hospital.
Dear Iain, I would encourage you to listen back to the clip before continuing to misrepresent it. It was a year ago, so perhaps you should be forgiven.
I certainly didn’t insult anyone, unless you consider the truth to be insulting? It is possible that Michael Mansfield shares such a belief - it is he who rudely left a conversation on the radio, seemingly unable to stomach being corrected on the law.
I don’t tend to engage on X, because it is not the best use of time, but I make an exception here, in light of David’s valiant efforts and since it is a medium in which you can’t cut me off - it seems like a good opportunity to set the record straight.
Your earlier guest had misled your audience when he claimed that Israel was losing its democracy. Despite the passage of time since our conversation, you can see that Israel is still a thriving democracy and is preparing itself for yet another democratic election. The only real democracy in the Middle East. True, not a high bar, but Israel's democratic practises can also put many European countries to shame. It is a pity that you did not allow me the time during the program to explain this.
As we progressed in the conversation, you gave an example which was wholly inappropriate: you suggested that you might be barred from entering due to having criticised Israel. I said that misrepresented what these two MPs had done, and you cut me off. Had you not done so, I would have told you that your example flies in the face of the fact that Israel has free press and free speech. It is a place where everybody can - and many do - criticise Israel, its Government, its Prime Minister or any other body or person. All you would have to do is turn on Israeli TV (with subtitles?) and this would be evident to you.
What was even more egregious, however, was the suggestion that the falsehoods these MPs had told immigration officials, and their campaign for BDS - a vehicle for incitement and the attempted destruction of Israel - is somehow comparable with “criticism”. Immigration turned these politicians away under a framework parallel to the one we deploy in the UK.

Whether you love or hate Elon, you can’t deny the fact that the richest man on earth fighting the entire European mainstream media & establishment to back the working class citizens is refreshing.
He wins nothing from this.
He could just ignore us.
Yet, he chose not to.
⚡🇬🇧 Rupert Lowe: “We must ban foreigners from claiming benefits and immediately deport migrants who cannot financially support themselves.”
“Those billions saved? Slash taxes for the British workers and families who actually keep this country running.”
Douglas Murray asks why Mahmood and Starmer lauded the arrest of twelve individuals, linking them to an anti-Muslim 9/11- style plot in Suffolk, but demanded silence about the reasons why Ann Widdecombe was murdered, and by whom.
They clearly wished to bury disturbing and inconvenient news while running away with an invented story about 12 drone enthusiasts who were soon released without charge.
'I have to ask two things. First, it seemed to me when the Suffolk story broke that it was a little too convenient. A prominent anti-open-borders Reform spokeswoman had been beaten to death in her home. Strong sentiments were flowing. And then, as if to remind us that all sides and anyone can do something bad, along comes a ‘far-right extremism, anti-Muslim terror plot’ story, displayed on the BBC’s website alongside updates on the Widdecombe case. Why? And how did the police and the top of government get this so terribly wrong?
The second thing I have to ask...is: what is the difference in prejudicing a fair trial when it comes to the Widdecombe case and when it comes to the Suffolk ‘far-right, Islamophobic, mass-casualty terror event’ that wasn’t? Someone explain it, please?'

🚨 GEERT WILDERS’ WARNING TO AMERICA
Look at New York: Mayor Zohran Mamdani swore on the Quran - the Book of Hate - refuses to condemn “globalize the Intifada,” and wants Columbus statues torn down.
Look at Minnesota: Ilhan Omar sneers at the country that gave her refuge while advancing Somalia’s interests in Congress.
Look at Dearborn: Mayor Abdullah Hammoud told a citizen who objected to honoring a jihadist, “You’re an Islamophobe. Move out.”
They want your history erased, your statues smashed, your streets renamed, and their crescents raised.
They want you a stranger in your own land - apologizing for being American.
Europe’s lights of freedom are almost out.
America is next on the menu.
You already had 9/11
.Will you rise up… or wait until it’s too late?
There are British people alive today because Israel passed on critical intelligence to thwart terror attacks.
They don't know who they are, but they owe their lives to the UK-Israel relationship.
The British Government shouldn't play student politics with national security.
I see the British Dental Association have demanded an apology from me after I stated on Joe Rogan that illegal migrants are receiving dental care ahead of Brits.
It's true, and incredibly the dentists even admit it.
From their statement...
"While there is dedicated commissioning for a tiny minority of illegal migrants held in custody"
So it's true!
Firstly, they are not 'held in custody', they are free to roam around.
Secondly, I want to know more about this 'dedicated commissioning'. Thanks for the tip off, we will be investigating this through parliamentary questions and Restore Britain's investigation unit.
We are giving third world scumbags who have broken into our country free dental care and it's a disgrace.
No apology from me.
A Restore Britain Government will not provide any dental care.
Following deportation, they can clean their teeth at home.
Holy shit.
@elonmusk just dropped the mic on this reporter!
Reporter: "People loathe you!"
Elon: "I don't care. The fact that a quarter billion people follow me means a lot more people like me than don't."
"I think a lot more people hate you and the media than you realise”
Burnham Is Behaving Like A Man Who Expects An Election
Andy Burnham took office promising restraint. His spokesman told Bloomberg in June that he would not call a snap election if he replaced Sir Keir Starmer. That promise now sits awkwardly beside what has followed.
In three days he has announced three unfunded giveaways. First, an £850m VAT cut on electricity bills, to be paid for, we are told, by savings from Keir Starmer's scrapped digital ID scheme. Darren Jones, who oversaw that policy, says the money was never allocated. Second, a £2 cap on bus fares outside London, funded by lending rather than giving money to developing nations, a distinction the Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander could not clarify when pressed on the interest involved. Third, a 20 per cent cut to business rates for pubs, clubs and music venues, worth £100m, which Emma Reynolds, the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, admitted was still being costed an hour after the announcement. Asked directly whether the policy was fully funded, she could only say that it would be.
Three spending pledges in three days, each unravelling within hours under the mildest scrutiny. That is not incompetence alone. It has the rhythm of a government preparing the ground.
Burnham has also revived his pledge to build a "Number 10 in the North," a piece of symbolism aimed at voters who have drifted to Reform UK under Nigel Farage. And this week he paused Labour's early release scheme entirely, after the Telegraph revealed that Albert Bowers and Jessie Cole, two of Pc Andrew Harper's killers, could walk free after six years. Lissie Harper, the officer's widow, called the scheme "deplorable." Chief Constable Jason Hogg wrote to the Prime Minister warning the policy was wrong in principle. Burnham's climbdown followed swiftly, and popularly.
None of these moves, taken singly, proves an election is coming. New prime ministers often move fast to establish themselves, particularly after a transition as chaotic as Labour's. Burnham inherited a party trailing Reform in the polls and an economy that has punished small business through National Insurance rises and a higher minimum wage. Steve Perez, who owns hotels with pubs attached, was blunt about the rates cut: it "won't make any material difference." Iain Hoskins, who runs pubs in Liverpool, recalled how a previous 15 per cent discount applied to only one of his five venues. Genuine reform this is not. It is a headline dressed as a policy.
But the pattern matters more than any single announcement. Governments that intend to govern for years tend to spend carefully and explain their arithmetic. Governments preparing to face the country tend to move quickly, announce popular measures before the money is found, and let the detail arrive later, if at all. Burnham has done all three in under a week.
He has also promised a "ten year plan" for Britain, unveiled in his first speech as Prime Minister, covering reindustrialisation, housing and welfare reform. The framing does not survive arithmetic. The current Parliament must produce an election by 2029, leaving Burnham at most three years in office before voters have their say regardless of his wishes. Even a won election and a full second term would carry him only to 2034, eight years, not ten. A pledge that cannot be honoured within the pledger's own likely tenure is not a plan for governing. It is a backdrop, built to make a fortnight of retail giveaways look like patience rather than urgency.
"Governments preparing to face the country tend to move quickly, announce popular measures before the money is found, and let the detail arrive later, if at all. Burnham has done all three in under a week."
🇺🇸🇮🇱 The moment Brandon Tatum left Piers and Dave speechless.
“Israel removed Jews from Gaza and gave it to them, and what did they do in return? They elected a terrorist organization. They don’t want a two-state solution. There is no peace with those people”
He’s 100% correct.
Lisa Nandy is championing proposals through her department’s green paper, Watch this Space, that have no place in a liberal democracy.
The proposals would force social media platforms to prioritise “trusted” public service broadcasters, such as the BBC, while demoting content from other news organisations, including GB News, The Telegraph and The Guardian.
What right does the Government have to decide which news sources are “trusted” and which are not?
This is not only the infantilisation of the British public; it is also an assault on a free and independent press.
Wow. THIS is leadership. What a man. God Bless America 🇺🇸
RUBIO on the ICC:
“We are not members of the ICC, we never signed that treaty, we never joined it”
"We have lunatics and crazies involved in the ICC that are talking about charging members of the US military, the President and maybe even the future President”
“If people want to sign on to that stupid organisation they can but we are not going to be a part of it”
“Now they are going to see the consequences of ignoring us”
He’s absolutely right.
The ICC and UN have been warped and are being utilised by Leftists and Islamic Nations to try and go after the West.
Israel is just the start; the US or anyone that fights Islamic Extremists will be next.
Having seen the infamous 47-minute compilation of the 7 Oct atrocities with my own eyes (not publicly available), I can attest that the Silenced No More report, which is freely available online, is even worse. It's just words on a page, but it leaves enough to the imagination to be even more horrific than the video. At least for me.
In the 47-minute compilation, there is some evidence of sexual sadism, but not much. Probably for two reasons: proud though Hamas was of massacring Jews, they were less keen on broadcasting scenes of sexual depravity. And the Israeli government likely declined to include the most horrific footage out of respect for the victims.
The report is exhaustively documented, horror story after horror story. I've read it only once, and I won't do so again. Especially the sections about the Nova festival are extremely disturbing. So I asked Claude to summarize the documented patterns in the report:
- Rape and gang rape, with victims passed between attackers in sequence, witnesses describing laughter throughout
- Targeted gunshots to groin, abdomen, buttocks and face; genital mutilation of both women and men
- Rape followed by execution—victims shot or stabbed immediately afterward, some shot in the head during the assault
- Rape continuing after victims were dead
- Sexual mutilation—breasts severed, genitals cut off or shot
- Burning, including deliberate burning of the groin; bodies set alight with accelerants
- - Hands bound behind backs; bodies tied to trees and poles along the road
- Sharp objects inserted into victims' genitals
- Women raped in view of their desperate partners, who were then killed
- Male victims gang-raped, beaten, and threatened with castration
- Dismemberment and decapitation
These findings of systematic sexual violence and torture are corroborated by the UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence in Conflict (2024) and the UN Commission of Inquiry (2024).
Just one quote from a survivor:
"I heard one rape where they were passing her around. She was probably injured, judging by her screams—screams you have never heard anywhere. It's between silence and screams, between pain and wanting to die. These are screams... it's something I have never heard in my life, and I have no way to explain to you what it sounds like. But it's screams. It's screams. It was simply horrific. And after one finished, he told another to go up 'Ta'al' [in Arabic], like to the next one. And apparently there was a round... And after they finished, they shot her." She continued: "You hear the screams, and then you hear silence. You hear a bang—and silence. And then there's a kind of calm. And then you say: okay, it's over at least. She's done with it. And like that with each person they abused—you heard. The moment they were killed, I said, 'Oh my God, finally, it's over.'"
You privileged Westerners have no idea how you would react if this happened to you and your loved ones—if a group committed these atrocities, vowed to repeat them again and again, and openly declared that it would not stop until your country no longer existed. You have no idea.

NEWS: Elon Musk rejects the far right label in an exchange with The Economist
"I support the normal people. What you call the far right, falsely."
He challenged the interviewer to say what is extreme about 3 positions.
"Here are the principles and tell me which of these sound terrible. That we should have secure borders, that we should have safe cities, that we should have sensible spending. Which of those three are far right fringe?"
Elon then turned on the framing itself.
"I would like to just admonish you and the media for the absurd characterization of the far right. It is false and misleading and nonsense."
He asked that the exchange survive the edit. "Please keep this part in."
Elon said the same speeches get judged by who delivered them, describing a habit of reading Obama and Clinton speeches to people and telling them Trump said it. He named Rupert Lowe as an example of who he means by normal people.

The behavior of the head of the Smithsonian's Museum of American History at yesterday's hearing was appalling. She made clear she'll keep smearing the US as racist and genocidal, and denying biological sex. If she and @SmithsonianSec don't resign, Congress must defund it.
Five years ago today I buried my 12-year-old daughter Semina.
After reporting to police she had been groomed, raped, beaten and bullied Semina took her own life after being told it was her word against his.
18 months later an IOPC report showed that the detective in charge of the case had an admission of guilt but failed to arrest him.
Semina nor myself were told at the time he had admitted to the rape, if she had been told she would still be here instead she was failed by all authorities payed to protect her and died thinking she wasnt believed. 💔
No one is stopping Gary Lineker setting up charities or giving his money to good projects? I’d love to see what he’s given to charity verses what JK has? The ‘doing’ not the virtue signalling of saying is very revealing. Watch what they DO not what they say measures a person
