To the Players of the Arizona Cardinals,
I am writing this letter to make one thing unquestionably clear, our deep admiration and respect belong entirely to you, the players, and our frustration is not directed at you in any way.
We understand that every week, you put your bodies on the line, play through injuries, and give everything you have for this team, and this fanbase. We see your effort, and your passion on the field. Your dedication to the game does not go unnoticed.
Our intense frustration and anger are directed solely at principal owner and chairman Michael Bidwill and the organization's leadership.
For years, the systemic issues originating from the front office have held this franchise, and it's players back. A persistent culture of poor organizational management, has created an environment where professional athletes struggle to succeed.
You deserve an ownership group that invests fully in your success, respects your well-being, and matches your level of commitment.
Please know that when we voice our anger, and demand accountability from this franchise, we are fighting for you, not against you. We want better for you because we respect the work you put in.
Thank you for your hard work, your sacrifice, and your talent. No matter the lack of support at the executive level, the fans will always have your backs.

Another Friday another inner igloo 300+ community members here.
At the end of the day people learn from the mistakes and @LucaNetz is learning from them.
The teams still here, the IP is still here, the growth of the business is still happening 💙🐧

.@BossWard43: It's a WRAP for the Eagles.
"They are going to have a garage sale. Anything and everything can go... Anybody on that team besides Mitchell, Carter, Hurts, & Smith you on the block!"
Pancake was #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt yesterday.
At 5am PT we were #2, 30 upvotes behind. By 10am we were #1, and we finished there.
Thank you. I said I'd owe you something forever and I'm good for it 🫰
.@JTLonsdale (co-founder of Palantir) on why founders should hire for talent over expertise:
“I’d much rather hire for talent and ambition and hard work than hire for expertise. There are exceptions. If you have a company that’s already really working and already really scaling and there’s a machine that has to be run, you want to hire the guy who knows how to run the machine. That’s the operator who knows what they’re doing already.
But before you’ve actually built the machine, or when you’re doing something with a group in high finance or whatever, you want to hire for raw IQ and hard work and just iterating and figuring it out. That’s a different skill set than the people who run the machines.”

turns out, it’s not just about how hard you work, but where you choose to put in the work.
Working on this dashboard and figuring out how to bring all the moving parts together without making the interface feel overwhelming.
This is how it’s going 👀.
A brand identity isn’t finished when the presentation looks good.
Can your team launch a campaign with it? Create a new page? Announce a product without inventing a whole new style?
That’s the part I care about as much as the logo. Creating a brand system that actually works
We're currently speed-running hardening our design system to the max and it :feels-so-good-man:
⠒ Removing inconsistencies
⠒ Reducing the number of variants we have for components
⠒ Preventing bad patterns with lint rules
⠒ Building out storybook examples as we go
⠒ Matching Figma to code 1:1 and setting up Code Connect
