Still stuck at the airport 24hrs now... @TUIUK help centre have told us there is absolutely nothing they can do for us regardless of the fact we booked the entire holiday through them. @TUIUK decided to put us on a @British_Airways flight and deny any responsibility. DISGUSTING

Flight missed by atleast 20 of us passengers due to lorry strikes on the road to the airport, causing delays of 6hrs plus on our transfers to the airport. We need help and to get home @TUIUK

Cannot believe I'm stuck in cancun with no flight home, I've tried contacting TUI through text services had no reply had no TUI rep come to cancun airport to help us and myself along with atleast 18 other brits are now stranded. @TUIUK
