@bluesoup @TLRailUK It is a DOO train so yeah, you’d expect the only member of crew of the train would be the driver.

Unfortunately they’ve just announced the driver is only going as far as Three Bridges so top work as usual @TLRailUK

Morning @Tesco. I’ve just had a text saying my home shopping is going to be almost 4 hours late due to “delays on the road”. Considering my shopping hasn’t even been picked yet, let alone out on a van, I’m sure you can understand why I think this excuse is nonsense.

Here’s some customer service advice for you @TLRailUK. Maybe don’t expose your ‘the customer is always wrong’ outlook in your emails. I have had to resubmit a few delay claims in my time, and in each occasion it was because you had made an incorrect decision.
