For National Comic Book Day, we invited local Dallas comic book author Gabriel Hernandez and illustrator Robert Arista to host a workshop with our 4th graders! We talked about creating characters, paneling, and students showed off their own comic book creations! ❤️ @CowartDISD

Last day of classes calls for an End of the Year House Picnic! ❤️💙💚🖤 it was such a fun day filled with friendship, games, and the best vibes around 😎 Very thankful for my team that works together to give the best experience to the kids! @CowartDISD

3rd grade project incoming ‼️After reading “The Astronaut Who Painted the Moon” about Alan Bean, students moved in centers to learn about the moons surface using Merge cubes and other resources! 🌗🔎 ✨ Next week -> creating our own Bean-inspired art! @CowartDISD @DISD_Libraries
