@MattZeitlin I don't think this is the same. Flock integrates all of its cameras into a real-time investigative tool. NYC is mostly foot-traffic so the equivalent would be passive collection of facial recognition data and being able to thread that data automatically.

@96hoya I think the most coherent housing-skeptic argument is one of induced demand. Basically these are locals that would rather the tech market leave and San Francisco stops being a desirable place to live. But the argument doesn't usually get this far or this explicit.
