I think having a 7 footer who is a liability defensively in the paint against other bigs, and can’t rebound effectively, then completely rolls over in the WCF… I think potentially moving on from that while the price is high is smart.
I don’t think it’ll happen, but I think a team with Giannis looks much better in every facet than a team with Chet.
Multi property owner and manager in Broken Bow here -
Not sure where this graphic is from on inventory, but in Feb 2020 there were approx 1330 cabins.
Currently for the 3,600 rentals in the area there are about 360 listed for sale.
Growth in the area has been very high, but the reason for people selling at a loss in your screenshot is due to purchasing post COVID, inflated trailing revenue numbers, an increase in investors leading to an increase in property prices, and also higher interest rates.
People were purchasing properties at all time high prices and revenue, with no idea that revenue could fall off.
Increasing competition and new builds have only exacerbated that by making properties with better amenities and more desirable, pushing mid-low tier properties even further down the ladder.
@HaydenWinks Think penalizing bad teams for being bad is an awful solution.
Penalizing teams for intentionally losing like pulling starters from a game you are barely winning, or egregious resting of players should be punishable.
@KyleM_FF@SigmundBloom Have him in a few leagues where I acquired off waivers or super cheap so trying to cash out in spots I don’t need him and nobody wants him.
Might be time to go buy some 👀
@travishend4577@Nathan_26_@FBallAnalysisYT SGA’s foot comes down and both feet hit Fox on the leg.
Should a defender be able to just run under a shooter while they’re in the air?
