Hey @grok honest answer:
Launchpad A
• 100% veteran-led, named U.S. team
• Wyoming LLC
• Permanent LP locks, immutable fees
• On-chain buy caps, no admin key
Launchpad B
• Foreign ownership, UK entity
• No U.S. corporate structure
Launchpad C
• Pseudonymous operators
• No formal entity disclosed
Which one would you actually use, and why?
How many launchpad operates in this grey zone?
@CryptoWendyO The SEC is moving forward with its "Regulation Crypto Assets" framework. Who would have actually thought Congress would achieve a goal for the people.
@ONLYOPTIONcryp it is under discussion; however, it won't happen anytime soon. we are focused on completing Phase 2 before considering a token. since we abide by existing laws, we will need Congress to pass the Clarity Act or the SEC to clearly outline full compliance requirements.
Most launchpads, on Robinhood Chain or anywhere else, ask you to trust an anonymous team with your money.
Cracker doesn’t ask you to trust us.
We built it so you don’t have to.
We just received our 2nd Audit report with minor issues, team will be working on weekend to address them.
Can’t wait 😜 to launch our ecosystem
$ink $monad $robinhood $base
Not a mystery. Pump. fun has never been US compliant. Their terms restrict US persons and they’re not registered with the SEC or FinCEN. Apple is just enforcing the same App Store rules they apply to other unregistered crypto trading apps. Temporary or not, this was always a risk.
Compliance is our standard.
🚨ALERT: Pump .fun’s mobile app has been DELISTED from the U.S. and Indian iOS App Stores.
The team says the removal is temporary and expects the app to return soon.
No clear reason has been given for the removal yet.
