Just an update for anyone interested. @nationalexpress will take your money, then change the route without telling you & drop you off 19 miles away from the stop you wanted with no help getting home. They do this because they've been told a road is closed, when the road is open.

Day 4 of me letting people know to never, ever use @HomeAwayUK. It turns out the CS team don't receive the emails needed to resolve disputes, which has left us nearly £1000 out of pocket. 6 emails sent requesting information, none received. 5 weeks and still ongoing 😡
