New Requirements:
- 500 Subscribers
- 3 Public Uploads (in the last 90 days)
- Either 3000 Watch Hours OR 3M Shorts views in 90 days

This unlocks Fan Funding (Channel Memberships, Super Chat, Super Stickers, and Super Thanks)

Huge for small YouTubers because it gives them the ability to get their careers started earlier

The ability to Monetize your videos normally will be unlocked when you hit the existing YPP requirements

But this new criteria will let you start earning $$ earlier
