never thought i'd be saying this, but eilidh bear is missing. she was last seen at hollinwood tram stop in manchester, and lost somewhere between there and my house a few streets away.

@ScotRail How is keeping people on a train indefinitely and giving them incorrect information keeping them safe? We’re sitting in the middle of a busy section of line instead of getting passengers off 🙈

@ScotRail You can tell people what you do know and not give them incorrect advice. We’ve been sat outside Motherwell for 40 minutes with no news other than incorrect information. That’s absolutely not acceptable and in line with normal ‘standards’ unfortunately ☹️

@ScotRail I understand that, which is why communication with passengers is critical. I’ve been trying to help folk with their onward journey on the bays of information which is now completely wrong. A wee bit of thought for folk would help - we’ve been sat outside Motherwell with no news
