Brexit means UK Govt has 'future proofed' Freeports and SEZs from public ownership, (see the REUL report) SEZs are private jurisdictions that the Govt can give preferential State Aid to, illegal in the EU. Labour must re-regulate all these zones of exception or its Game Over UK.
