The @EnvAgency, wagging the finger and telling everyone off for using too much water and in doing so, yet again, trying to pretend that they're some kind of innocent bystander in all of this with no control over the situation whatsoever.

Guess who issues ever water abstraction licence in the country?

Guess who since 2014 has the power to amend or revoke any abstraction licence that is causing damage to the environment?

Guess who's utterly failed to exercise any of that power and prevent the very thing they're now complaining about?
