@uk_dhl so if I get this right, you're advising me today (9th) that at some point in the future a parcel will be out for delivery which is scheduled for the 8th April....is that 2027? 😜
@WestJet can you clarify baggage allowance for long haul (YYC to LHR) in business class? I interpreted as 2 checked items up to 23kg with a ski bag allowed as an extra... But just been charged for an extra (3rd) bag to cover my skis
@RoyalMail What's going on? I'm advised at 6.17am that you tried to deliver my parcel.. I'm home and awake and not only did noone ring or knock, there's been no sign of anyone on my doorbell camera
Actually, better than that... I've checked my other CCTV and the postie stopped his van in the middle of the road, scanned the parcel, looked at my house then put the parcel back into the van and drove off....
@AmazonHelp Thanks for reinforcing my point about an absence of customer service. Not even an attempt to check on the specifics, just a pointer towards Ts & Cs
@AmazonUK,placed 3 separate orders on Wed for delivery today (Fri), as I needed them for tomorrow morning. Since 5pm I've had updates telling me 2 won't arrive until tomorrow and 1 due 'by' Wed (6 days after it was dispatched). Had similar issues last week. In TW1, hardly remote
Had I known you'd become so unreliable I'd have gone to a local alternative, and could have done so at any point during today had I known earlier. I can't even redirect delivery so I can still benefit from it tomorrow. Rubbish customer service.
@theairhelper@AmexUK Hurrah - @theairhelper don't have a formal complaint or dispute process apparently. Luckily in the UK we have @CitizensAdvice , Trading Standards and ultimately the small claims court for situations where a business mis-represents their services and fails to deliver effectively
@theairhelper hurrah for AirHelp, returning me 40% less compensation, 3 wks later than colleagues who claimed direct. Especially great they've repeatedly ignored me and won't share any dispute info. Loving that @AmexUK Travel introduced me to them as the 'easiest way to claim'
@UPS thanks... You told me yesterday I needed to be home 2-6pm to sign for a package. At 6.46pm you didn't apologise when you moved that to 'End of Day'..and again no apology at 10.06pm when it was decided that today was just too hard and Monday would do. Saturday wasted thx.
@ExpediaUK@CS_BAcom To Me-To You... Expedia can't change my booking (made with them) for a BA flight, so they send me to BA, who can't change it and the send me to 'my travel agent'. Guess it's not changing...thanks Expedia
