He’s absolutely right,

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act

- Expands housing-related programs and grants without adding stronger verification, citizenship requirements, or bans on funds flowing to noncitizens
- States like California would be able to use the money for programs to pay for housing for illegals
- The bill does not restrict non-US citizens or foreign entities from buying home
- It expands COVID-era eviction moratoriums and protections, which favors tenants like noncitizens over landlords and American citizens

A federal court just ruled that suppressors are protected arms under the Second Amendment.

Good win.

But that’s not even the biggest part.

The real story is what this ruling may do to magazine bans, AR bans, and every “hardware” ban anti-gun states have been protecting for years.

Because the Ninth Circuit has been saying things like magazines are just accessories.

Not arms.

Not protected.

Basically a fashion accessory for your rifle.

But now the Fifth Circuit looked at suppressors and said:

No.

If it helps you use your firearm for lawful self-defense, it can be protected by the Second Amendment.

That creates a problem.

A big one.

Two federal courts are now looking at the same kind of argument and reaching opposite conclusions.

That’s called a circuit split.

And that may be exactly what finally forces the Supreme Court to step in.

So this isn’t just about suppressors.

This could be the case that puts magazine bans and assault weapons bans directly on the Supreme Court’s doorstep.

Now be honest:

Should suppressors, magazines, and AR-15s all be protected under the Second Amendment?

Or should the government get to call them “accessories” and ban them?

Mojahedin-e-Khalq (MEK) was founded by leftist Islamists to oppose the western-backed Pahlavi, and participated in his 1979 overthrow. Khomeini barred MEK afterwards. MEK was implicated in multiple bombings, including that of Americans, and remained an openly armed group until 2003.

Since they got de-listed as a terrorist organization in 2012 on procedural grounds, MEK and their fronts have been actively recruiting US politicians selling themselves as a moderate alternative to Khomeini. But RAND Corporation says MEK meets the qualifications for a cult, citing criteria such as forcing their members to work 16+ hour days and forced divorces.

Polls of the Iranian-American community shows that they do NOT accept Rajavi, MeK's leader, as legitimate, with a 46-point net disapproval - numbers nearly as bad as the existing regime.

As Pence's former Chief of Staff, Marc Short, has already weighed against Trump deal, it's helpful to recall this.
