@NatWest_Help big shout out to Jessica in the Ipswich branch. Paying in machine wouldn’t accept my cheque, nor would App work, but she totally owned the customer experience and managed to pay it in despite no cashiers working. You really should have cashiers on a Saturday!

Would strongly advise anyone to avoid @IrishStore_com at all costs. Nearly 7months and I’m STILL waiting for a refund. I get Brexit and COVID has caused problems but I’m best part of £300 out of pocket including the 2 x postage you’re supposed to refund. Disgusting

Strongly advice no one to use @YodelOnline for anything. 2 days in a row I’ve been no. 100 on their delivery list and they haven’t even got close to delivering. 40th birthday present ruined.
