@GWRHelp An absolute shambles this morning….cancelled at Great Malvern 5 mins before departure. Move on to Worcestershire Parkway as it avoids the works and was showing as running. No updates, gets to 9 mins after due departure and no news at all. Once again, not fit for purpose.
Here’s my ‘23 GWR wrapped - @GWRHelp
You got 132 trains
8/9 of these actually left and arrived at the correct time
Your service got cancelled before your station 4 times leaving you stranded
You’ve completely lost faith in the service provided but GWR and @nationalrailenq
@LinkedIn this new catch up feature is literally awful. Please make a way to disable it or I’m afraid my app is being deleted and my use will no doubt drop heavily.
@thehundred All you idiots on here talking about lack of comms are ridiculous. Cricket is highly dependent on weather, the ground staff do everything they can to get the ground ready. Unless you have a direct line to weather itself there is no way to predict!!!!!!
@xPrincessEmily@thehundred The covers that were put on are back off. Had a very light drizzle shower ten mins ago. Super soppers are pushing less and less. If no more proper rain, we will get some cricket.
@thehundred been trying to buy tickets for hours in the priority window and keep getting error or failed loading. 😭 can you help as don’t want to miss out!
@GWRHelp hello again…
On the delayed 13.50 from Paddington this afternoon. Nodded off, no worries as Malvern is last stop. Woken up by people getting on the train and train about to leave, back to London…wtf. Staff didn’t think to wake me and when ticket checked wasn’t informed
P.s. really hope your team enjoy their break in their lovely air conditioned unit I’ve just seen them enter as they can’t go any further due to their delays. Makes all these strikes despite 70k driver salaries really hard to swallow wouldn’t you agree?
@GWRHelp let me talk you through my Friday afternoon…time to take the train home to Great Malvern from Paddington on my anytime return. I’ll get the 14.50, lovely, oh…that only goes to Foregate Street now. Ok…15.50 it is, that’s cool. 15.50, no boarding, oh that’s delayed 1/3
Then…despite all train screens and announcements showing normal service. I luckily look at a screen to see I’m being left at Shrub Hill. 25 mins from Great Malvern. Over 40 mins late and abandoned several stops from home. What are your thoughts on this? @GWRHelp
