@jjh_esq @BLaw DJT, as POTUS, dropped a lawsuit against an agency he runs. A "settlement" would mean he settled with himself using taxpayer funds which, according to Blanche, can be disbursed without oversight.

Even with an out-of-court settlement, judges are usually advised of the details.
