@andyspin@keepersecurity Hi Andy, first quick thing you should do is login to the Keeper Web Vault or Desktop App just to confirm that your account login is successful and your data is all there. After this, you can just reset the app on mobile under iOS Settings > Keeper > Reset Keeper then login there
@Torettox84@keepersecurity Got it.. We also published 16.6.1 to Edge and Chrome, which were probably similarly affected. Chrome is being released as a staged rollout for a couple days. Edge is still waiting to be released by Microsoft. Hopefully they will push it today.
@Torettox84@keepersecurity Oh, you said Edge. There is one known issue we're fixing in 16.6.2 which is related to moving records between shared folders. If you can repro let me know.
@unaligned@keepersecurity Sorry about that. Click the Keeper browser extension icon > Logout from there. This issue is fixed in our next extension update 15.3 which is currently in QA. Happy to send you a beta if you DM me.
