@TfL I faced #rotherhithetunnel closure yesterday afternoon that forced me to abandon my car. When I later retrieved it, #limehousetunnel then shut, forcing another jam extending to Poplar or Tower. Now: #Rotherhithe tunnel closed again! reportedly til 8pm. #whattodo ?
