@metrotrains@metrotrains finally at Elsternwick from replacement bus service and now the 8.34am cancelled ad moving a train. Can you service actually get any worse. Assuming you are compensating affected passengers
@myGovau Happy to, we all want to have the best service available. The current offering falls short of the mark. Ability to respond to items in the inbox is fundamental to all services of this kind. Would assume this would be an area of focus for MyGovAU
@myGovau It is the ability to respond to items in my inbox I am looking for. Would assume this remains on the same service within your data security. Today as I could not respond I had to call and go through details multiple times. Poor service in this day and age.
Half an hour and counting @metrotrains and still no update. Driver says Sandingham and Ringwood fine whilst we just sit here between stations. Pity you could not stagger trains across lines instead of penalizing our line ONLY.
@metrotrains Sat on 5.47 from flinders street to Frankston. Been 17 minutes and stuck between flinders street and Richmond. Appalling service. Update on when we may actually move please.
