I have MS and use a mobility scooter to get around as I can't walk. I could not get around the car on Stapleford lane Nottingham so I ended up going on the main RD to get past it. Who do I report this car to please.

I was actually dreading going sick with my knee, I’ve put it off for years but the pain has got unbearable. Very fortunate that my regiment take rehab and fixing people seriously. We have invested in infra and people to help us get back to being fit ASAP. 💂🏻‍♀️💂🏻‍♀️
