Smart meter, rubbish we had 4 EDF engineers, all blamed the last engineers work and none of them got it to work. So we take pictures and send them in. So meter is wholly inaccurate.

Tried that got South African call centre @British_Airways did not give a stuff. @easyJet never had this issue. Cancel paid for leg room seats and replaced without reply for something unacceptable but who cares. Script driven faceless call centres. We are stuffed.

Spoke @British_Airways supposed customer service, all extra leg room seats reallocated none left cant do anything although we booked and paid for them. Basically @British_Airways reallocated it all without consideration to customers actual bookings. Says a lot eh!

Absolute disgrace @OVOEnergy forced to pay incorrect estimated bill due to malfunctioning smart meter under intimation of reports to experion affecting our credit rating. Uncooperative staff. Poor systems. Will be taking this up with @RipOffBritain20 and @BBCWatchdog and @ofgem

Massively disappointed that #Eurosport failed to show Tetrow #speedwaygp in UK and reverted to their App having paid #sky good money for Eurosport. #btsport never did that.
